My Mission

To empower individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives by providing comprehensive wellness solutions that nurture the body, mind, and spirit.

Through personalized care, education, and sustainable practices, we are dedicated to supporting each person on their journey toward holistic well-being, helping them discover their true potential and thrive in all areas of life.

My Roots in Movement

From the age of five, I immersed myself in the discipline and artistry of competitive rhythmic gymnastics, training rigorously and competing at the Junior Olympic level.

A career-ending knee injury at seventeen forced me to leave the sport I had dedicated my life to, but it also opened the door to a new passion: Latin ballroom dancing.

Over the past decade, I have competed on the Dancesport circuit, explored other styles of dance including heels dance, jazz funk, salsa and bachata, and even founded my own dance club at UCLA.

These experiences have shaped my deep understanding of the body’s capabilities and revealed movement’s power as both a form of expression and a path to healing.

Empowering
Through Fitness

Beyond the competitive dance floor, I’ve embraced a broader mission in fitness. As a certified personal trainer and instructor in dance cardio, yoga, and pilates, I’m dedicated to helping others uncover the joy and strength in physical activity.

I believe movement goes beyond fitness—it’s about connecting deeply with oneself and fostering well-being from within.

About Belicia

I’m a Renaissance Woman at heart, a creative soul with a deep passion for serving others in the realm of wellness and holistic health. My life has been a vibrant exploration of movement, self-discovery, and a commitment to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.

My passion for wellness extends to mental health, an area I’ve navigated personally. These challenges have inspired me to advocate for others, creating a safe, supportive space where resources, inspiration, and community thrive. Wellness, to me, is as much about the mind as the body.
