My Story
When I was first diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder at 20, I felt like my world had shifted overnight. I went from being a competitive athlete and a high-achieving student to someone who didn't recognize her own mind. For a long time, I tried to 'achieve' my way out of it, only to realize that true healing comes from acceptance, structure, and community.
In this interview on the Mental Health Movement podcast, I open up about the highs and lows of my journey—from the initial shock of my diagnosis to losing a dear friend to suicide, and how those experiences lit a fire in me to become a Certified Peer Support Specialist.

Coaching Packages
Focus: Immediate traction and foundational stability. This one-month intensive is designed for those in a season of transition or looking to stabilize after a crisis. We focus on "The Now," identifying your immediate hurdles and building a baseline plan for moving forward.
Duration: 4 Weeks (1 month)
What’s Included: 4 sessions (45-50 min), weekly email support.
Investment: $300 / month
Focus: Sustained habit building and deepening self-awareness. True habit change takes time. Over 12 weeks, we move beyond stabilization into deepening your toolkit. Whether it’s mastering boundaries or improving sleep hygiene, we work to make these changes "stick."
Duration: 12 Weeks (3 months)
What’s Included: 12 sessions (45-50 min), limited text/WhatsApp support between sessions.
Investment: $825 ($275/mo)
Focus: Identity work and sustained life overhaul. This is for the person ready to address multiple life areas—from complex recovery to identity work and long-term relapse prevention. This 6-month container provides the space to backtrack, heal, and solidify a new way of being.
Duration: 24 Weeks (6 months)
What’s Included: 24 sessions (45-50 min), priority text/voice note support, custom resource sheets tailored to your goals.
